They’ll give you the nutrients and energy you’ll need to master your asanas. Timing is also crucial, you won’t do your best on a full stomach so if you’re not exercising in the morning give yourself two hours after breakfast, or four hours after lunch before practicing yoga. Don’t forget to drink lots of water to keep you hydrated through your sessions and your day! Eating right combined with yoga will also make you sleep better!

Comfortable clothing
Yoga is about serenity as well as movement so always make sure you’re comfortable. Loose fitting clothing will give you the space the carry out your poses and comfort to let you focus on your breath. Opt for cotton tees and trousers to absorb sweat and keep you cool throughout your session. Yoga fashion has recently taken off but remember it’s not the way you look but the way you feel.
