Q What sporting good quote will Disrupt price beat?
Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies to all sporting items that we sell branded, where the competitive quote if from a domestically domiciled company, and on a like for like basis
Who will Disrupt accept quotes from?Other Domestically registered businesses. The quote must be printed on the competitor’s letterhead or, if from a competitor website, must be printed and clearly show the website and must also be at the final payment stage.
Q What does available mean?
The quote must be valid and able to purchase when you bring it to us. Available means that the identical item you have received a genuine quote for is currently saleable and able to be purchased on the same dates, quantities, materials, printing, delivery date and manufacturing country of origin. The quote must show the date it was created. Quotes available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed user group are excluded. Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to quotes or prices from other Disrupt stores or Disrupt’s own website.
Q What if I want to order on a different date or item than on my original quote?
The price beat applies only for like for like quotes
Q Do I have to use the same form of payment? What is the price that Disrupt will price beat?
You must use the same form of payment as for your quoted price. Your written quote must show the date it was created and show the final price payable including all applicable fees and charges (including booking / service fees, set up costs, postage, incidentals, payment terms and all charges for the form of payment chosen). This is the price that we will beat by $1.00 per product. If your quoted price is a cash price then Disrupt will only price beat where you will pay Disrupt in cash. The price beat does not apply where you present us with a quote for a cash price and then want to pay Disrupt using your credit card, or lengthened payment terms. If your quote is from a competitor’s website, it must be the final price at the final payment stage and must show the final price payable including all applicable fees and charges (including booking / set up fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). Your quote must be for the same form of payment as you intend to pay Disrupt.
Q When can I ask Disrupt to price beat?
Your quote must be in writing and must be presented to us on the same day as it was created and must be presented to us prior to booking. It does not apply to written quotes presented to us after the day it was created or after booking. Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only against your initial genuine written quote.
Q What happens if Disrupt needs to check my quote?
If we suspect or believe your written quote contains pricing error, isn’t on a like for like basis, or that the pricing, or item is no longer available we have a 24 hour period to investigate the pricing and BEAT it by $1. If we determine that the pricing or quote you have been quoted is invalid, incorrect or unavailable, we will STILL endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements. If we determine that the pricing or quote you were quoted was valid, correct and available at the time presented to us, then we will BEAT it by $1 .
Q What if I want to use this price for additional items?
The quote must reflect the number of items looking to order as per the genuine written quote. Of course, if we can offer these items at the same low price we'll do so.
Q Will Disrupt beat quotes from foreign websites, businesses not domestically domiciled or that pay domestic taxes?
Q What happens if Disrupt beats the price I have been quoted?
If the qualifying criteria are met and you pay in full on the same day (using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote) we will beat your quote by at least $1.
Q What happens if I have already ordered and then find a cheaper price for the same items but I have not received the item?
Disrupt will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to initial purchase. Of course, Disrupt will be happy to look at alternative options, however, cancellation fees may apply to your original purchase.
Q What happens if I have already purchased and paid in full and then find a cheaper price for the same items?
Disrupt will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to purchase. Of course, Disrupt will be happy to rebook on the cheaper item if it is available.However cancellation fees and conditions specific to your original purchase will apply.
